PROCESSING METHOD : Washed - Washed coffee is a method of processing coffee beans in which the fruit and other outer layers are removed before the beans are dried. This process results in a clean and bright taste, with a higher acidity and a clearer flavor profile than other methods of processing.

FRENCH PRESS

French Press Coffee Instructions

  Step Description
  Heat Heat fresh water to 200°F or bring to a boil and let it stand for 30 seconds.
  Measure Measure 20 g of coffee for 260 ml of water and pour into the glass beaker.
  Pour Pour hot water slowly to saturate all the grounds and let steep for 4 minutes.
  Stir After 4 minutes, stir the crust and discard what’s left on the surface with a spoon.
  Plunge Place the lid and gently press the plunger all the way down.
  Serve Pour the brewed coffee slowly into a mug, avoiding the last 10% of coffee left in the beaker as it is high in silt. Serve semi-hot.
